Smart Distribution Card, based on smart card technology, is a front-end solution to enhance delivery process. A unique paperless solution captures details of deliveries made or items returned, reconciles inventory on truck, processes and issues invoices at customer's place.

Process

Registration of customers, delivery person and delivery.
Issuance of Smart Distribution Card to customers.
At the start of each journey cycle, delivery person logs-in to handheld terminal using his/her card and transfers inventory, delivery manifest, etc from card.
Details of deliveries made or item collected get stored into chip of the card as well as terminal, with date & time. Delivery manifest and inventory on terminal get updated.
At customer's place, delivery person inserts customer's Smart Distribution Card in handhaled terminal, selects SKUs and enter quanitty delivered or SKU collected, using menu options
At the end of journey cycle, transaction details and inventory are uploaded into the system at base station and terminal is logged out. Customer account gets updated in the system.
Delivery person prints invoice for the month from the terminal and hands it over to the person concerned at the time of last delivary during the calendar month

Smart Weighment System

Smart Weighment System is a product launched for sugarcane factories to automate weighment process in sugar factories and also to ensure accuracy of cane weighment. The product has been designed to save substantial costs currently incurred in manned weighbridges. The product automates the complete process of receipt of sugarcane and reconcillation of payments to farmers for their produce.

The Farmer not only actively participates in the weighment process but the self service counters also enable him to verify that the weight of his produce has been accurately captured by the system for processing of his payments.

The Smart weighment system uses RFID card at its heart.

Process

Entry Token Stations: Supply receipts verified and RFID token issued after storing farmer details.
Gross Weighing Stations: Gross weighment completed and stored on RFID card.
Cane Carrier Station: Unloading Date and time stored on card.
Tare Weighing Stations: Tare weight of Vehicle stored.
Self Help Station: Provided for Farmer to check details in card.
Document Collection Station: Supply Ticket, Token returned Details transferred to backend system and receipt issued for cane supplied by Farmer.

E-Passbook

E-Passbook is a comprehensive solution for Banking/NBFC organizations. The product has been designed incorporating smart card technology, to enhance the brand image of Bank/NBFC institution and bring the customer closer to the institution by enhanced value proposition and improved customer service. The Smart Card is an E-Passbook for the account holders. All account information, including Transactions, Balance, Loans, Fixed Deposits, and the scanned signatures of signing authorities is stored on account holder's E-Passbook card. The account holder can walk into any of the branches for a withdrawal/Deposit/any other banking transaction, This solution is specially useful to the banks/branches which are located in areas with poor connectivity options.

Process

The System captures account holder and his transaction details and additional data, creates database, personalizes e-passbook card for issuance to account holder.
At each branch, e-passbook is validated, Account Holder's transaction details are captured and card is updated.
The system has facility to automatically forward data captured at branch to a central server to update balance and analysis of data.

Smart Vehicle Service Card

Smart Vehicle Service Card is a unique product for automobile manufacturers. The product has been designed incorporating Smart Card Technology, to create a bond between manufacturer and vehicle owners. It has been designed to capture vehicle service history on Smart Vehicle Service Card issued to vehicle owner at the time of purchase of vehicle. It facilitates vehicle owner to avail services at any authorized service center of the manufacturer, it allows manufacturer to launch loyalty scheme, waranty schemes, etc.

The system can be integrated with any front-end Sales and Garage management system for vehicles.

Process

The system captures sales and additional data, creates database, personalizes Smart Vehicle card for insurance to owner.
At authorized service center, service details are captured and card is updated.
Loyalty points accrued are calculated and updated on card.
The system has facility to automatically forward data captured at Dealer/ Service Center to a Central server to enable analysis of data captured.
